Here it is.

I built this cart while working at the Seattle Opera Shop 10 years ago.

The Power outlet quadbox is for plugging in a grinder or light. The quadbox itself is an exterior water proof version with spring loaded doors to keep grit out of the outlets. The shield on the front is to keep grinder crap out of the insides, and also keeps the fan from blowing away your gas shield if working close.

You will also notice a BITZ keeper on the front. These are intended to hold screwdriver tips for screwguns, but they work great for welder tips. The inside of the side door has a row of 5 of these, so I can store 20 tips inside and 4 on the front.

To transport in my truck I break the quick-release gas connector on the regulator, coil the hose around the tank, pull the regulator off of the tank, store it inside, and cap the tank.

I have a little ramp for my truck.

The Steel plate on top is electrically insulated from the rest of the cart. It is resting on a piece of fiberglass I-beam.

The hooks for the cables can be slid in under the table.

There is a spike on the bottom shelf for storing extra spools of wire.

The cord on the welder is only about 18 inches long and plugs into a short pigtail that comes from the quadbox mounted on the cart. The powercord from the quadbox is 12 feet long and is 12-3 SJO for reduced voltage drop.

The front wheels are swivels. The tank with it's cap installed just fits under my truck rack.

I have had this Handler for 12 years and it is still going strong and gets used about every other day.
