These are shots of the "BIG BOOK"
I built this summer of 2001 for the Langston Hughes Community Theatre of Seattle. It was designed to act like a huge story book on stage. Allowing up to 6 independant backdrops simply by turning the pages of the book. I also designed it to be very easy to convert by simply making different fabric skins for the pages. It has been used twice now for 2 different fairy tale inspired plays.
